SIBU North Valley offered for
Seminar / Retreat Center

In an effort to minimize the
already miniscule “footprint” of humanity surrounding SIBU SANCTUARY, SIBU’s
North Valley with the option of its adjacent ocean view home sites will be
offered for sale – but only to be developed as a Seminar or Retreat
Center.
This parcel, ranging from 8+
acres to over 14 acres will allow the remaining SIBU property, up to over 34
acres, to remain in pristine and protected garden jungle surrounding SIBU SANCTUARY – the Costa Rican non-profit step down release center for
orphaned and injured animals.
In an effort to minimize the potential
light and sound pollution that goes with any development, it is best to develop
a portion of SIBU that is the furthest away from the SANCTUARY and the animals
that will eventually be released into the wild. Underground utilities, similar
to those found within SIBU, will also enhance the natural beauty of the Retreat
Center. We’re actively soliciting for environmentally responsible parties
wishing to establish a boutique garden Retreat / Seminar Center, catering to
businesses, such as the creative arts (actors, writers, painters, musicians), as
well as the holistic / healing arts (yoga, massage, acupuncture, chiropractor,
etc.).
The “Retreat Center” would be
leased “per event” to businesses or corporations that needed retreat facilities
in a beautiful natural setting near the beaches. SIBU is conveniently located
amongst the closest hills in front of Playa Nosara – part of the
protected coastline ranging from Ostional to Playa Guiones. No high rise condos
or hotels will ever be built on Playa Nosara, enabling it to always remain in its
current pristine and natural condition.
Business plans may include a
leaseback of high end “jungalows” at the Retreat Center, allowing investors to
buy a vacation home in Nosara and lease it back to the Center, generating
revenue for the owner as well as providing accommodations within the Center.
Other options are also available.
With the new $1,000,000.00
Nosara airport renovation, flights from both San Jose and Liberia make Nosara
the most convenient “exotic getaway destination” for The Center’s clientele, arriving
from the United States nearby as well as from other countries. Nosara enjoys a myriad
of extra curricular activities for “the Center” attendee with snorkeling,
swimming, horseback riding, world renoun deep sea fishing and surfing,
waterfall hiking, river kayaking as well as the World’s longest Canopy Tour, to
name a few.
