**SIBU
has made great strides in the past 6 months. The new entrance has been
built with natural stone columns, varnished teak beams, an entrance roof
made from Palmex, a synthetic palm thatch, a custom gate designed by
Vicki (of course with lounging Howler monkeys in the trees) and
beautiful gardens on both sides of the entrance.

**Just inside the entrance,
a
beautiful stone wall greets the SIBU
resident with a large sculpture of SIBU,
built within.
**SIBU
SANCTUARY is now under construction! This casita will eventually house
the storage and preparation of food for the temporary residences of the
SANCTUARY as well as lodging for visiting vet students from around the
world.

**We're pleased to announce the completion date of the first residence
being built on one of SIBU's knolls
overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The contractor will present the keys to
the new owners by this October! Also, contact Steve and Vicki if you
would like to rent this house during your stay in the Nosara area. Two
week minimum stays required.
