Costa Rican Jungle at SIBU

SIBU is over 50 acres of pristine Costa Rican jungle overlooking Playa Nosara with a major portion of the outer boundary being developed as “SIBU SANCTUARY” – a “step-down release center” for orphaned and injured animals needing the protection necessary for re-integration into the wild. A percentage of each sale will go directly to the development and management of SIBU SANCTUARY.

SIBU will be a gated development with a limited number of hilltop Pacific Ocean view homes and several “jungalows” nestled in the valleys. Plans include a tennis court with adjacent ranchito for outdoor gatherings and cook-outs as well as walking trails through the jungle. All utilities are planned to be underground to preserve SIBU’S natural surroundings.

All homes and jungalows will have universal architecture and will be sold complete and finished – most with custom “jungle” swimming pools.

SIBU is also offering only two building sites without homes. Design the home of your dreams in this exclusive jungle retreat or pick one of SIBU’S unique designs and leave the building to them.
